Hi, I'm going to NS in 2 months for BMT. I'm still very confused about everything but how do I become police after BMT?
Cause one of my "what do i want to be" is a traffic police officer..
But there's no way to become a TP directly right? You have to go through the academy right?
Also, in NS, do they choose whether you become police or scdf or military or can you choose? If they choose it, how to affect the choice? Or can I "sign on" to police?
I really really hope I can become TP for NS (No I'm not trying to haf a easy NS or want to catch people for fun. It's really one of my job aspirations.. so dont flame me thanks)

I tried called 6547 0000 (TP customer service) about recruitment today but nobody want to answer..

if u haven serve NS is 5 years bond.
training is 6 months in camp training. book out on friday n bookin on sun.
training is study law and physical training.
whether u can get into TP depends on the vacancies and whether u r needed in TP or other places need u.
since u r already in Tekong, even u are able to apply, u still have to go thru the police interviews, and whether SAF wish to release u to go to SPF is another thing.
