Un fortunately your not protected by your Freedom of Speech Act .The Govt of Singapore signed a memorandum of understanding with both Interpol and the United Sates govt regarding only this Internet stalking law .

How to treat the Ordained Sangha :
They do have feelings ?
They don't have to tolerate illegal and in appropriate behaviour?
Once again I'm regailed by some one who is not a member of the ordained Sangha as to what you think I should and should not do.

what amazes me is that all of the so called Buddhists don't feel one ounce of compassion ? No sorry this happened to you .Hope it gets resolved soon. nothing no respect for ordained Sangha?.

Millions of people around the world everyday read legal public notices and the don't feel the burning need to insult ,verbally assault,make rude or immature remarks .They read and if its not their name,alias or name of their business they go on with their daily life's .I now have to agree with all the Singaporean tourist I met in Thailand "Singaporeans are special "but so are Thai's .You live on a government police controlled, self contained island safe and clean Big brother makes sure.I think that's perfect no need for visa's to other countries ,foreign investment or tourism .
So my prayer and wish is that all those who replied remain in Singapore for their own safety and protection .I think for some even crossing the street un attended could prove troublesome.AS for the advice I never requested it and you can keep it.

Under the memorandum of understanding signed by the Singapore Govt with Interpol and The United States Govt regarding Internet stalking laws:
2261A(2) makes it a federal crime to stalk someone across state, tribal or international lines, using regular mail, e-mail, or the Internet .
I'm sure that your server will co operate and not impede any civil or criminal cases ,subpoena and court orders,as well as respect international laws.

Why is it posted here because its required to be posted publicly in a place where the defendant Basilia Brushkin can view and understand it.
As of this date we don't yet have a subpoena for Mr.Brushkins legal address so therefor this legal courtesy to SG Forums aka FireIce et al also another forum had to be notified as well as my email service provider since he spammed my private in box.
I'm sorry to have had to take such severe action but he absolutely refused to stop.He Mr.Brushkin is a member of SG Forums he usually post on Buddhist topics with very intellectual replies.He Mr.Brushkin has had numerous opportunities to cease and desist his activities.
Internet Stalking laws are not limited to USA Federal jurisdiction Interpol does recognise and co operate with internet stalking laws.
