I do not hold FireIce et al legally or financially responsible ,this is just a public notice and courtesy to you as one of the forums the defendant stalked and posted slander and defamatory posts in .
This is a formal legal notice of intent as required by California and Federal Law:
Why is it posted here because its required to be posted publicly in a place where the defendant Basilia Brushkin can view and understand it.
As of this date we don't yet have a subpoena for Mr.Brushkins legal address so therefor this legal courtesy to SG Forums aka FireIce et al also another forum had to be notified as well as my email service provider since he spammed my private in box.
I'm sorry to have had to take such severe action but he absolutely refused to stop.He Mr.Brushkin is a member of SG Forums he usually post on Buddhist topics with very intellectual replies.He Mr.Brushkin has had numerous opportunities to cease and desist his activities.
Internet Stalking laws are not limited to USA Federal jurisdiction Interpol does recognise and co operate with internet stalking laws.
2261A(2) makes it a federal crime to stalk someone across state, tribal or international
lines, using regular mail, e-mail, or the Internet :

This letter shall serve as formal Notice of my Intent to file a
civil Complaint with the San Diego Superior Court :

due to your blatant disregard of the law
As indicated by the attached copies of email letters ( Your inaction
in this matter is inexcusable, and your disregard for the law is
contemptible. Rest assured, I will hold you to account.
I am maintaining a careful record of my communications with
you on this matter, for the purpose of filing a complaint with the San
Diego Superior Court and Federal Court should you continue in your non-
compliance. I further remind you that you may be liable for your
willful non-compliance.
If you do not immediately remove this inaccurate slanderous
defamatory statements, I will file a formal complaint with the San
Diego Superior Court and Federal Court .
Furthermore,
I intend to seek redress in civil action, for recovery of both
damages,
costs, and attorneys fees, should you continue in your deliberate
obstruction of the law. For this purpose, I am carefully
documenting
these events, including the lack of response REQUIRED under law
from
you.
