I know there is this kind of bra that can do this effect for flat chested one. I saw it at ERO. Basically, it squeezes the sides to push the flesh to the centre to give the breasts a 3D effect.
The bra very ex. A few hundred dollars one. But Fann being so rich, I think she bought it at more expensive place bah?

It's not really a bra with padding cover the neh neh type. It's more like a singlet and the two sides are of very strong elastic material to push the flesh to the centre. From what I understand from the ERO's one, the chest part is not covered so the user still have to wear a bra inside. The buckle is at the waist. Once buckled up, the two elastic sides will push the flesh forward and the chest will look more 3D.
Too bad, the ERO's site is down. I can't paste a picture of that singlet here.
