What do i need to watch mediacorps HD 5?

  Family got a new 40 inch HDTV, full hd and i am wondered anyone can enlighten me on how to tune in to HD 5 ?

  You need a STB to tune in to HD5.
  However,its quite exp and its currently priced at $500+ outside(Harvey Norman).
  Not much stores sell it too btw...
  
  Are u interested in getting a <1 yr 2nd hand set instead?

  It does have....STB have decoder and all built in(including a seperate antenna) and have both Component and HDMI ports so u can view HD5 in it's High-Definition glory.

  Oh it depend on your TV model,if yours comes with a integrated digital tuner(such as Samsung's IDTV M8 series) then u do not need a STB since the digital tuner will itself tune to HD5 and hence do away with a seperate STB.
