the apex of the apex – home affairs minister must also resign. Whitley Road detention is supposed to be the most secure and ISD is supposed to be most kilat organisation – yet it still faltered. Based on the theory that the apex of the supervision hirerachy must be responsible, I now say that even the minister – who is the highest authority who chart the policy must also be responsible because its a big cockup on a massive scale.
A international notorious terrorist has escaped and till now, no clues of his whereabouts is known.
