For example sending it online, is it required for an individual to send his/her photographs as well?
send only when requested. if ur photo is ugly, then will turn off the employer only.
if u are yandao enough why not? might even give u an edge over other applicants.

both also can. u can either scan your passport photo or take a pic of yourself with a digital camera. but be sure to dress neatly and comb your hair and resize it to passport size.

my sis used he digicam to take a pic of my passport photo then send to pc.. now i got photoprinter.. can print passport size photos.. save money.

it's not necessary.. unless they ask for it.. and when u go interview, remember to bring one along if u have not submitted it with ur resume, juz in case they ask for it.
