1 x farked up superior who know nuts but acts like he knows everything...

boredom.
30mins (from bed to workplace) rush for appointment.
worker disputes.
long hours.

Hmm customers.

Not sure if that counts against a company.

Some customers I met are really farktards.

oh yeah... superior who give me wrong information that made me send workers to different part of town

and i was shock to know that there was no training provided...
and there is no standard procedure...

company sales team is not helping the customers service team...
sometime we dun even know that there is such product exist...

eh, do you have customers that say 'Excuse me, I need go bank/machine take money out and come back?'

normally, this is an excuse for them to run away..but i was amazed when they really do come back..like 1 hour later

Expensive is not a major problem... but I hate people who do sales that treat me as an idiot... Then, I can be very very very chey ah to them...
