why don't u just list out the10 examples here instead of linking to the site? trying to drive traffice there?
1. Feeling Overworked
2. Feeling Underpaid
3. No longer motivated
4. Travelling time takes too long.
5. No opportunity for promotion and advancement.
6. Dislike the boss.
7. Dislike the colleague/s
8. No sense of job security.
9. Not feeling appreciated.
10. Not really one’s interest.

some of the dissatisfactions sure tio one la.. travelling time long.. duh unless u working at home, if not, u wake up, wash up, need 1hr at least to get to ur seat in office from the moment u sit up from bed..
then like no opportunity for promotion and advancement, oso not a weekly or monthly affair mah.. haha..
