I don't know how you read his post like that but he started out by stating that the SAF should not sponsor the education of officers at "low quality" universities like NUS and NTU. He looks down on graduates from local universities in general.
He's forgotten where his teachers and ex-classmates graduated from, and doesn't realise that his attitude and priorities just like the kind of S'porean he hates.
