help. i want to change. i had a wonderful time. but i feel its time to put a stop to all this fun. anybody got go thru' cold turkey before, please offer advice.....
i am depressed..... i want to put a stop but i really feel like a nymphonmanic. i just so in love with sex.... those who have been thru this and turn back and living a single partner life, please offer advice....

Hey gal.. I've not been through what you have, but like what the others say, perhaps pick up another hobby? Go pick up some courses... learn other stuff... keep yourself busy with plenty of activities!

If you truly feel you are a nymphomaniac, you might want to go for counselling.
Possible organisations you can seek counselling from besides
the FSC near your home.
Society of Planned Parenthood.
or in a serious case,
you might want to go to IMH for psychiatric counselling.
Sex is an enjoyable thing and everyone should enjoy it. But if it becomes the sole pushing factor in your life and affect other important relationships, then it can be very painful.
While counselling may or may not help, it may open up windows to your own understand why sex is so important to you. With this understanding, hopefully you can control your sex life, and not let it control you. -

I am not a girl but I think I understand your situation. Had a girlfriend once (in her 30s) and she was hot on sex. Had a few partners and relationships but did not feel fulfilled. Felt lonely and that she had not used her available life to the fullest.
Eventually, she decided a radical change to her lifestyle. Went for further studies and a new career, which was really busy for her. Her energies were re-directed.
Our relationship ended this way too. Sad for me

what you're describing sounds more like you can't wait for your guy to come home and you have to go look for someone else in the meantime. -

going into my first day without sex. my target is to have one week without sex first. hope to achieve it first. but its really tough, i must say.
