In the Geylang red light area, there are lots of cheap hotels renting out rooms for 1-2 hours at a time (all around S$10 per hour, some minimum 2 hours). Hotel 81, Fragrance Hotel, etc....and their branches.
In Geylang, outside the red light area (small lorong numbers), there are also some short time hotels. Like Four Chain Hotel, near City Plaza.
At Still Road, there is Malacca Hotel (more expensive, but spacious rooms).
At the Balestier area, there are also many cheap hotels - Hotel 81, etc.
Hotel 81, Fragrance Hotel, etc....also have branches in other places like Chinatown (opposite Chinatown Point) and Katong.
If you are expecting an over-nighter and want something a little better....book Garden Hotel (near Scotts Road area) through the internet (do a google search and compare prices). Should be able to get it for less than S$120 per night. Spacious rooms, includes buffet breakfast...and they've even finally fitted their TVs with remote controls.

hotel 81 got tub...
but u got to tell the person specifically u want a room with tub...
there is no extra charge..
btw, the hotel 81 at chinatown and bencoleen(dun really know how to spell) are more expensive than the rest..
so if u are looking for something cheaper... got to try those in Geylang, Balestier or Joo Chait... -
Some along 'West Coast' are cheap oso like the Pasir Panjang Inn. It has a 'exotic' feel. It not so buzzing like the rest near town area.

Joo Chiat also has the usual hotels - Hotel81, Frangrance, etc. They all operate the same way - about S$10 per hour (usually min. 2 hours and about S$10 per hour thereafter).
There was a hotel I've been to at Joo Chiat (sorry, don't know name) which was about twice the price of Hotel81 and rents out rooms by the hour too. I like it very much because the rooms were two-storeys. You enter the room into a living room....then there is an internal spiral staircase which leads to an upper landing and bedroom (well not actually a room). The bathroom was upstairs and had a tub too. I haven't been there for years and I don't know if its still around.....but I think they had VCD players in the rooms too.
I think all Hotel81 have bathtubs (but I'm not so sure). I know for sure that Four Chain Hotel (along main road Geylang) has bathtubs in their rooms.
Pal, don't expect these short-term hotels to have tip-top condition facilities hor? If you're lucky, you'll get an OK room. But there are some where the shower water flow is slightly more than when I pang-jio only. Some have cracked tiles or something too. No such thing as cheap and good lah....

got 15" LCD TV, place is clean, cosy for short time!!!
Charges for 2hrs S$30 -

If you're worried, just dim the lights lah. These spycams mostly have low resolution without zoom - they don't work well in dim lighting.
Or wear a party mask. -

I'm also into such rendezvous and most of the time I'll bring my overseas partner to high class hotel (not showing off but just want to uphold my classy image, hee, vomit if you have to, hee). Ritz Calton is a must if striking an impression is high up on your list. Trust me, when you had fun in the Ritz's tub, any other tubs are just way way sub-standard junk.
