  You do not need to think whether she is a transexual or not there are very few of them around as if there is even a decent chance a random pretty girl you see is a transexual

  I think to detect them best way is their voice. Usually vocal hard to fake unless there exist surgery that can change a person voice to female?

  the key is the armpits.
  
  you look at the density of the hair. If the armpit hairs are thick and bushy, the person is most like to be a trans. If the hairs are thin and sparse, then he/she may just be straight.

  there was a trans in our poly. adams apple hardly visible, got breast but hardly visible too..... very very slim and quite tall(considered tall for a girl, normal height for guys), walks like supermodel in fasion show. goes to ladies instead of gents.
  
  the IC she holding still put "Male", one of my classmate went to med check-up before army, he saw this trans there too, everyone (sch grads who went for check up/ the army med staffs there) looked at her as if they see dinosaur. When it comes to the part everyone have to wear nothing but underwear, the trans gone missing, maybe gone for special check up.
  
  btw, if u know anyone in NYP, school of engineering(1997-2000), they will know this trans, she was famous.
