Unlike the usual, everyday slasher, this doesn't contain a psycho killer, running around killing the teenagers. Instead, what causes death is a force of nature, like earthquakes, for example. Imagine the grim reaper does exist, only that he doesn't appear as a human shape, but as a dark shadow. And imagine 'death' killing people in a certain order, by a design. This movie is based on that thought. And the thought that you may be able to cheat death, by figuring out the design, and keeping it from happening. I know a lot of people see this as a B movie, but I think you just need to suspend disbelief to enjoy this. Of course, some of the death scenes are a little unlikely, but most of them are stuff that happens every day. It's interesting to think about, and this movie does inspire some further thought, if you can suspend disbelief for the duration of the this movies run time. -

Definitely the Da Vinci Code for me as the story is full of suspense and not to mention, highly contraversial. Maybe in screen form i can better understand the many puzzles and codes in the story.

Final Destination 1 and 2 are all Very good shows. Very novel and intellectual.
Ending of part 1 is that the only person left, the gal (remember?? the last scene the boyfriend also die) deliberately stay in the prison very very safe one.
Part 2 features another group of people also kenna the thing. They figured out quite fast, but still i think 3-4 of them died. The last few knows of the gal from newspaper and research, so they go find her. The gal, tired of staying in the prison to prevent death, decides to pit it out with death, cuz she has finally figured out a way to win death.
End of part 2, think the gal in part 1 died, cant remember the rest, think also one person alive.
Part 3?? maybe they finally know how to win death and create their own lives. (somewhat like REN DING SHENG TIAN??) will be interesting. -

I think the final destination would be good.. As 1 and 2 is not bad.. But usually 1 and 2 good.. The 3 wont be as nice.. Cause quite predictable.. I'll would still watch it though.. Da vinci is also a must watch for me.. The book got me hooked! The movie would materialise what i had always imagined.. Very exciting.. Haha.
