  Is there such a relation?
  I seen some gals who's assets are not v big... but they generally got perky/erected n big nipples...
  
  whereas those c-d cuppers have less perky/erected nipples...
  
  is this true to some extend?

  There are big and small nipples on big, medium, and small bosoms. So far there is no finding that small assets always have big nipples. I believe it has got to do with genes.
