Relax, do it lying down.

Third round takes longer, fourth even longer.

Doing it every day also will cause you to pump and pump to no avail.

Too much lubrication also not good.

Doing heavy mental work, like mathematics, playing sudoku, or programming software will leave an after effect, like what you mention.

Abstain for a few days, will usually set matters right.
