My 13 year old sister actually asked me what is sex and she told me that her classmates are talking abt it but she don't know what is it and they laugh at her. I can't believe that kids nowadays are talking abt sex so young. She told me that they are talking abt porn also. And she ask me what is that too. How am i going to answer it?

just tell her exactly what it is lor..
based on a article which i've seen last yr..if i didn't remember wrongly..
kids as young as 9 years old already know such stuffs due to the IT era..
thus i'm not surprised that kids these days ask about such stuffs..
in fact if they don't ask..there's something wrong..
