Guys cannot be raped... period... Rape can only be committed by a man... its part of the whole rights to women thing that have a special law to protect women against sexual assault by men...

The most guys can get is Penal Code Cap 224 Sec 354

Assault or use of criminal force to a person with intent to outrage modesty

News flash ,  70 years old clearner just wake up from hospital from coma.

According to source - he was believe to be knock conscious by a ugly drunk woman, and was sexually assualted.
