  i also think it a bit true... looking at my ns friends when we all bathe together, i also notice tat my fat friends all have small prick... ... can't help notice lah, u know, bathing together....

  one possible reason:
  too much fats around the groin area, so most of the penis is hidden inside
  it's not small, just hidden
  i never bother to notice leh... how about the thickness ah? do they look fatter?
