for my boi even after he wash with soap can still smell it so dunno wat's wrong... sigh... -
yucks... maybe he got infection?? or too many bacteria down there.... use some cologne on it lor...

yes the penis does smell.
but of course the degree of the scent varies from person.
and guess what? your vagina doesn't smell like fresh flowers either.
there's a musky scent and metallic-like taste.

there is only ONE way to solve that problem.... CIRCUMSIZE(spelled wrongly) ... the smell is due to YEARS n YEARS of urine and semen stains dried underneath the foreskin( btw i like fourskin shirts..hur). so u want to be clean right? do it lor.. and girls dun think u stink too... some of ur chee byes are really Chao! chao chee byes.... no offence.. due to ur hair...pls shave regulary

usually guy who after urined will just stuck in the underwear so it's unhygenic. These guys could not care less whether it smell later or not, cos they are not bother with it.
As for your bf, ask him to practise cleaning up his didi after use for sometime..probably it gets better, else something is not right..better dont touch his didi..as suggested use DETTOL !!
Some guys think it's too faminine to do so..well all I can say, those are dirty guys who dont bother what hygiene means whether it's cut or uncut.
