While clubbing, how do girls hint to guys?

A friend of mine told me today that this happened to him:
Happened when he went clubbing at Boat Quay once. One of his earlier clubbing experiences in fact. Anyway, he was sitting alone for a while at one of those high stools. There was this group, mostly girls, dancing in front of him. He was just sitting there when he was hit in the face by hair. The girl then turned to him and smiled then carried on dancing. My friend was stunned, but he didn't respond. Just continue to sit there. Then, this time round, the girl spun while dancing and brushed her hand over erm, somewhere
. And again, she turns around and grins.
He doesn't respond. Just so happens his friend comes over and pulls him away. From what he says, I get the idea his perception of girls in singapore dramatically changed after that.
So it kind of made me wonder, do guys really hint to guys like that at clubs or did my friend just have a weirder than usual encounter? -

i've been clubbing and seen how gals try to pick guys up, by asking the guys to buy them drinks or they offer the guys drinks. some even juz kept staring at the guy they fancy and of coz tried to make eye contact after tt danced up to them like ur fren encountered, they actually purposely accidentally knock into them or somehow haf personal contacts.

That's nothing uncommon. Probably he was just shocked cos it was one of his earlier clubbing experiences. If i really have my eye on a guy, I'd try to get his attention too. But not in the same way as this girl.. I'd try to smile and make eye contact.. and once we're dancing.. But anyway, I dont usually do it. And my friends either. Cos it's usually all the guys who are fighting for our attention. Not that I'm boasting or anything.. heehee..

many gers are getting high...
most common ones are buying of drinks lor... -

when to dbl 0 last weekend... queue for 2 hours, went in 2 hours ...
while drink at bar.. the gal sat next to us at drunk.. her bf keep her up and we suggest her to take some ice (coz mineral water is 8bucks) .. and maybe pipe water ... minutes later, the gal start dancing again.. and staring and smiling to us too... my buddy said if she here alone, she will got wat she want...ahahah

I remembered that time i went clubbing with my friends at devils bar , there was a girl in red was trying to get my attention by dancing seductive infront of my table. My friend told me that she was trying to hint me but just too bad , my ex-girlfriend was just sitting next to me.

What happened to me was:
I drinking with friends.... they (a grp of 3 gals) drinking with some guys.... think they rather high and drunk liao esp one of them who was actually la ji with a guy in front of me.... then they came over.... giggling... dancing... and the la ji one, just go "Hi this is my friend Michelle..."
me... I just "Oh.. Hi"
End of encounter....
