This afternoon, while I was sitting down on the train, when there was this guy who was standing in front of me. I saw him using a PDA, but it seems that there is a camera facing at me.
I am not sure if he was taking photos of me... but I was wearing pretty normal clothes, luckily.... cannot see anything beyond the normal eye.
Just wanna ask if such snapshots are legal, and what can I do when such situation arises where I am not sure if he is snapping away? What if it is confirmed he did snap shots of me, thn how? I did not do anything at that moment... And the whole journey lasted 20 mins... -
Think unless u see your picture on his PDA u cannot really do anything abt him lor. But think u can sue him if u see him taking snapshot of u. but i think there must be sufficient proof that he is invading my privacy leh. I read on TNP that there is no law one cannot take photos of other people, unless modesty is concerned.

I think got similar case in the papers before. It seems that it is legal for the guys to take photos of the gals secretly.
