to gals out there, do u all feel weird when u see a guy in the lingerie department, or queueing to pay at the cashier in the lingerie deparment even though other cashiers have less people? due to some work commitment, sometimes i haf to pay at the lingerie department and i feel damn embarrassed...

i think its not weird to see a guy in the lingerie department... in fact, its quite common... i just saw a guy helping his gf to change the size of the bra when his gf is queueing outside the fitting room...
but up till now, i haven't seen a guy going to lingerie department to buy lingerie ALONE...

No need paiseh lah. Sometime guy will go and buy lingerie for their gf/wife alone. I go oversea with my guy friend always gotto follow him to the lingerie section cause he gotto buy for his wife. Just dont hang outside the changing room can liao.

hahaha pple in the forum are always so open minded.. damn paiseh, i nv buy lingerie la, juz queue there to pay for other things.. then whole queue all gals buying lingerie, i onli guy buying something else.. haha

a friend of mine asked his sis who was coming back from the US to buy some lingerie for his gf. his gf asked him to ask his sis to buy from the US cause it was cheaper there.

But has it occured that the guy who is buying alone might be for himself rather than for his wife or gf. Just a few days ago, I encounter a guy buying some panties. Initially, he asked for M size, then he selected another 2 more, but this size it was L size. The auntie serving him ask, you sure you want L and not M?

One thing i noticed in the lingerie department. The less cloth there is on the piece, the more you got to pay for it.

I shopped for lingerie for my gf when I am in the US. Usually at Victoria Secret. Almost all the time, I will be the only guy there and the sales staff are always very very friendly. Even more friendly to me compared to the female customers.
And they are also discreet and will leave me alone until I ask for help. For lady customers they will usually greet the customers and be overly helpful.
In Singapore, I had only shopped alone for lingerie once in Marks and Spencer. Maybe because I go with my gf very often, I don't feel uncomfortable at all. Just look at the different design/color pick one and pay lor.
Most gals look at you will not think you are a pervert. They will think that you are very sweet that you buy for your lady partner. that is what some girls tell me when I asked them if they see a man shopping in a lingerie dept. -
