Your post isn't offensive, just that we are curious as you why he must place pad there loh? Strange mah hor? Perhaps he finds the material comfortable? well this actually doesn't come as a shock to me.
in fact, i know of a dude who, back in his army days, had to wear pads, for a simple reason.
He had some piles problem, which caused him to bleed from the anus, and that could occur anytime of the day, so he had a pad there to prevent soiling his pants, and to make sitting down less painful. -
