  budjet range from $180-$300

  There is a new brand at best denki - Ichiban (Singapore Brand), but made in Korea.
  
  Retail price is 299SGD, but it is extremely light (I dunno how much though), flash memory, can play MP4, Mp3 & WMA files, got FM tuner also and very nice looking!
  
  Holds 1GB of memory and can use as a memory stick also! Best of all, it has a 65k colour screen. I test it and like quite good.. so thinking of getting it.
  
  Warranty is 1 year...adn sales person say it is the best value for money as it has all the features. can even record music off the FM radio!
