      'Low take-over fee' =$$??? Pl furnish a figure n likely type of business, eg, food products manufacturing etc. Confused

      Take-over fee = 5 digit figure & below
      Business type = All will be considered

      There is a new Co. that is dealing in food flavors n additives manufacturing with a turnover of 10 to 15 tons p.a. If you are interested negotiations n meetings can be arranged to discuss the business details n take-over fee. Should not be >$80k.
