best if come with casing and pouch and USB cable.
if u haf 1 to sell, pls state the brand of HDD, capacity and package.
whether have bad sectors or not.

How much are you willing to pay for a 40GB one with 1 year warranty for Harddisk left ? Of cause comes with the cable, casing and the packaging itself.

abt month+ back went to SL to buy hardisk all no stock even tho the brochures handed out at the escalators advertised sale of hardisk.
Finally went to a shop at lvl 6 I always buys from, he quoted me a samsung 40g for $138 c/w casing+cable. I showed him the brochures of other shops in SL advertised for $124, he gave me the phone and told me to call them said he "also wanted to find out the market price that day" I taken aback he would ask me to do this but called a few shops anyway and all either said no stock or charged $168 w/o casing.
when I hung up phone he told me HD companies recently stopped production for 40GB hardisks not sure why and dunno whether it's a permanent or temporary thing or whether now everything back to normal. but apparently somehow he and a few other retailers knew before it was going to happen and began to stock up. -
actually i oni looking at 40GB....
but 60GB/80GB oso can lah.......
it's for backup purposes only.........
but then......i dun intend to spend too much at this point of time........ -
I just went down SL again today just look see, 40g samsung $148 c/w casing
if you just looking for backup why not just get a 3.5" casing instead then can use those old 10/20gb hardisk in it. -

hdd brand: Samsung 5400 rpm 2.5" better than hitachi
casing color: pink, silver, black, blue
above price was obtained 1 month ago,coz I help my friend to buy 80gb hd.
