  Um just to point out something. UP $305++ doesn't mean you will buy it at that price. There are always offers. I can get a deluxe sea view room there with breakfast for 2 for $270 inclusive of tax.

  Actually I purposely call Rasa Sentosa on the same day before i put up for sale at the forum... just to check how much they are selling for a deluxe seaview room with breakfast for 2 persons... and they told me is S$305+++... therefore i posted up and decided to sell at $290 neg. As it's a gift.. so i don't know how much is it in the first place. Anyway, anyone interested can email me and offer me a price. Thanks for your feedback.
