  Selling Raffles Town Club Vouchers worth $40*3 each.
  
  Terms and Conditions:
  1. Issuance and usage of this voucher is subject to the terms of the Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement dated 2 November 2005 ("the Scheme"Wink between Raffles Town Club Pte Ltd and Scheme Creditors (as defined therein). Capitalised terms when used in these terms and conditions bear the same meaning as the terms used in the scheme.
  
  2. The voucher is valid for 6 years from the date of issue (overleaf).
  
  3. Lost, stolen or defaced vouchers will be rendered null and void, and will not be replaced.
  
  4. This voucher can be used at the following establishments of the Club, namely (i) the Cafe and Terrace, ii) the Chinese Restaurant, iii) the Miyabi Japanese Restaurant, (iv) the Dining Room, (v) Bar, (vi) the Lounge, (vii) Suites and Accommodation and (viii) the Bowling Alley.
  
  5. This voucher can also be used at the spa and salon facilities located at the Club that are presently being ofered by external service providers, subject to any terms and conditions that these external services providers may impose from time to time. The Company will inform Scheme Creditors who have been provided vouchers in accordance with the Scheme in the event that usage of vouchers at the spa and salon facilities are withdrawn by the external providers.
  
  6. This voucher may be exchanged for goods and/or services of value equal to or higher than the value of this voucher on payment of the difference (if any). This voucher once presented for payment is deemed fully redeemed. Any unutilised portion of any voucher will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  
  7. This voucher may only be transferred to Scheme Creditors with an approved Scheme Claim as at the date of issuance of this voucher (overleaf) and/or Ordinary Club Members who are entitled to use the Club's facilities in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Club. Transferees will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  
  Basically, these vouchers give you $120 to spend on food and beverages. Each voucher is split into 3 parts of $40 each. But 3 vouchers are attached together (cannot be separated)... So you can use the vouchers $40 by $40.
  
  I have 3 $40*3 vouchers at the moment
  The date of issue of the vouchers are:
  01 Sep 2006, 01 Jun 2006 and 01 Dec 2006.
  
  Starting bid for each $40*3 voucher is $90.

  Don't you have to use the vouchers with your RTC card? Outsiders are not allowed in the restaurants.
