      so we pay u 200$ for the vouncher or?? or u signing new plan we pay u $$ for the vouncher we take phone?

      their voucher is not transferrable. the voucher is part of a mailer and you cant detach it just like that cos the mailer got the name and address of the subscriber. it is meant for the subscriber only. my voucher is allowed to be transferred under special permission by singtel.

      you will be paying to use the voucher. i am not signing a new plan.
