  Just to notify dSLR owners thinking of shooting the events,telephoto lens more than 200mm is not allowed to be brought in.

  Its does not concern the camera itself,but rather the lens..
  
  shoulda have put SLR/dSLR..sry abt tat.
  
  I think Compact camera with powerful zoom(equalvt. 200mm+ at the tele end) is exempted.
