why 40 days and 40 nights? cos Jesus fasted for 40 days and 40 nights? because Noah was in the ark for 40 days and 40 nights? because the Israelites were in the wilderness for 40 years?

i suggest that you take baby steps first... like, set a challenging but realistic goal.

how bout you not think of sex etc etc for.... 24 hours? i'm sure you can do this.
