Malaysian Bikers

Do u all have a prob with malaysian bikers?
recently, i was travelling along geylang road, travelling on the left lane cuz going to petrol station nearby. out of nowhere, a malaysian bike juz turn out..lucky alert and brake juz n time. den travel on the left side of the lane and at 30 km/h (know this as my meter says so and was keeping a safe distant from him). i signal right to overtake him, suddenly, he swerve right and i panic as i pick up speed liao...knn slammed e-brake and horned at him. he still got the cheek to point finger at me...knn tulans wanna give chase but he tuen into those small lorongs liao...car running on low petrol so have to pump...
anyone have such incidents before? maybe can share and discuss how to counter these situations... -
Hey bro I sympathise with you..
All of them almost the same pattern. Never signal, last minute change lane, or knock into your side mirror and zoom off. Real havoc riders.
Can't really do anything much about it

relax .... I almost every workday encounter these morons(only reakless malaysian motorist) when goin to work they turn out from causeway and towards admiralty and ride like they own the f@3king road!!! Everyday have to try very best to keep my car from harms way.. maybe TP shd position there and try to catch those goons!!!

well, they think singapore is like malaysia wat...tink singapore scared of bikes...cuz they noe if we knock them, they are the one getting compensated..whether it is their fault or our fault, TP will sympathise with them..cuz they are the one injured wat...Originally posted by Blacknite01: relax .... and if u happen to read newspaper, every now n then, there will be malaysian bikers who got killed in accidents..and apparently these has not taught them any lesson yet... -
I always encounter bikers who seems to wobble in and out of lane. Today 1 just kanna horn by me. He filter right almost in front of me. No signal just wobble in and out. Horn him, wobble back.

no wonder malaysia has got the highest accident record in the world

Get used to it dude .. i am staying around Geylang area ... i am used to this traffic everyday, wads more i go to malaysian so often lor, the best way out is to move out (away from the rider) quickly ...

This thread made me remember 1 scenario.
A malaysian biker was weaving in & out of traffic.
Just rained before. Road slippery.
Skidded when he weave in & out.
Right in front of me. His bike flew into the centre divider.
Luckily i manage to brake in time. Didn't crush him.
But he was pretty badly hurt then. Clothes all tattered.
Before he skidded i was telling my wife how dangerous his drivin was then ****

yesterday i was goin into the woodlands checkpoint.
the road narrows down meant for one bike on the move. if its a jam, at most 2 bikes can squeeze there.
this stupid malaysian bike squeezed right next to me... i get so pissed i bump him.
i may sound like an a-hole for doing that, but what went through my head was "why the f*ck do you want to do a thing like that when you can just travel behind me"
there was NO jam, there wasn't anything to rush about. That guy just squeezes in and it irritate the sh*t outta me.
I hate malaysian bikers and drivers. But what to do, their fuel is cheap. -
Their riding habit is due to their homeland traffic 'standard' behavior...if you have ever driven to JB and not EVEN to mention KL.....you shld know....ALL the drivers and motorcyclist are F1 wannbes.....its the measurment of who's balls are bigger......and how's skin is thicker.....guess they were used to it....they can even squeeze past fellow bikers, be it SG or MY, in the peak hr traffic jams!!
anyway and afterall SG drivers are champion too.....i term SG drivers as the champion in road hogging....can travel 70-90kmh in the right-most lane of expressway, behind got veh also F. care....or can accelrate suddenly and furoiusly out from small road to main road then as suddenly just slow down....forcing other champions to E-brake/flash light/horn or perform three sim....and can also win grammy award for acting as if nothing happens....
in the end of the day, its up to the driver/bikers themselves, show respect to other road users, restraint from reacting to road-rage, do not perform dangerous/rude acts which u yrself dun wish to face.
2 cents from myself, both a driver & biker for past 8yrs.
PS : Use this chance to request all drivers and riders who's veh has powerful light beams to restraint from using them to the fullest unless nessccary. in SG, 90% of the time u will not nd them @ all so u should ONLY use the NIPPLE light for safety purpose. Biker's riding tourers, etc Fazer1/BB/GS, like wise, pls follow suit.
toegther, we can make our roads much frdlier and safe. -
let me share my experience with you abt m'sian bikers.
i was at this petrol kiosk in KL with my family.
i was carrying my boy and walking out of the cashier's office and returning to the car when this uncle sped directly towards me. I was shocked and stunned thinking me and son gonna knock down and die.
The bike was coming so fast towards me that I hardly has time to act when he upon almost hitting me, shouted at me in vulgarities and commited a stun act only the chinese are capable of and sped off. -

sorry to hear that. I proud to say i survived KL traffic......that side seldom any1 road hog.....but always kanna tailgate...irregardless which lane u travelling.... -
well, in malaysia, they always think they are king of the road and any vehicles from other countries will not be spared...they will eat u...eat u...eat until u nothing left...tt's wat my friend encountered..he was driving at 160..n was tailgated....he speed up n the farker still wanna play punk w him..he changed lane n the m'sian change lane too...so he use last resort...slow down to 70km/h...n the other guy lan lan suck thumb drive away...Originally posted by speedjpop:Hunter,
