BM SE'S ATTITUDE

my SE is damn lousy.
after collecting comm fm me, she just disappeared into thin air
have not heard fm her since Dec 02, 2004 until I really fed up and called her yesterday only to learn that my car has arrived and is in the workshop for fitting.
She dun even bother to call me to come down to the office to process the documentation.
My car was suppose to be delivered betw Jan and Feb and now it's gonna be early March, I was told.
Do I have grounds for complaint agst this particular SE to her management? -
why not? though BM might already b immuned to all these compaints already....
i accompanied my fren for test drive sometime in dec at leng kee.... the SE oso damn rude.... before the test drive when we ask her wats the diff between the old altis and the 2005 version, she couldnt be bothered to answer us.... then after the test drive, she just took the keys back from us and say, "ok lah... u just look around lah"..... wah piang eh! my fren was driving a volvo for god's sake.... in the end, he bought a nissan.... -

those SE tat r lady, know nth bout car one. u ask them wat, they don know, jus smile back. lol next time, should get a guy SE if u really wanna know more of the car u r planning to buy. not aiming at any gal. but this is quite true. -
Go and look for Tony from Leng Kee BM, his service is better then the rest .. my dad brought more then 10 Toyota from him and introduce more then 10 friends to him and all were more then satisfy ... if need lobang PM me ... i see whether i can help bo

this lady SE was recommended and referred by many.
I thought I was in good hand until I notice that I was being treated unfairly.
now that I have called her, she like suddenly awaken and started to be a little pro active by calling back and being nice.
however, was pissed when she said 'If you dun come and settle your documentation by end of this week, the delivery of your car by end of Feb will be a different story altogether'.
wont ever deal with BM again. -
actually tis is just the first part of a car ownership.... if u think u cannot stand the SE's attitude, try the servicing people's at BM..... the 1st time i went there, i was served by tis rather rude guy.... already wrote my complaint letter but then after my anger subsided, my heart soften n decided not to do anything abt the bad service attitude... the 2nd time however, he gave me quite gd services.... mood swing....
n oso BM's servicing q is DAMN LONG! there was once i went at 8am (they r suposed to be open at 8am) and already there r 20+ people in front of me already..... i took a q no. n drove off and intended to go back lata since i assume will take min 2 hrs..... guess how long it really took? 4 hrs before its my turn.... -
cannot blame BM mah. they sell so many car. got many customer to serve one lei.

Must be BM's. Cause I was met Lady SE from Mitsubishi and Subaru before and they seems knowledgeable. The Subaru's SE even commented about the handling like she has push the car herself before. Anyway, the buyer is my brother's friend, and they already know those cars by hard. They only posted question to confirm the answers. But BM's, ......ask her anything is like standard answers. Save more and go for the Lexus.
