Those cars with dark and reflective tint on their cars, have actually installed those cheap tint which require just simple installation. And what they do when they go for inspection is, they'll tear it off and install them again after that. Cost of it, Autobac sells it at ard $20 per pc for DIY installation. Nice and stylo, but it doesnt blocks out the infra-red rays which causes the heat.
To effectively block out heat. Few options such as V-kool, Huper-Optik, Nanolux are available. If you are interested in Huper-Optik, I've got a fren who can do it for you, normal saloon car at ard $450. Huper - Optik films but no installation warranty
