Should i buy a porsche???

Hmmm...am wondering...next time when i get my license and start working..should i buy a porsche...on 10 yr loan?...am eyeing the boxster la...hmm...i reckon if i pay instalment+interest over 10 yrs...each month should be less than 3k. Do u think its wise to do dat?...am very tempted to buy one in 1 yrs time.

For someone who isn't working to foresee himself earning much more than 3k per month. Must be using a golden spoon even since birth.
Or it is just a thin line between dreaming and day-dreaming. Anyway, can afford, why not? Can't afford, dream some more lo! -

hmm, 10 yr loan possible. But the interest rate will kill ya. plus u can't buy one with 0 down. think u need to down at least 5-10% of the cost. Don't forget upkeep. servicing. road tax. insurance. parking. etc. doubt 3 k is enough. more like 5k plus to upkeep it. Mind u, you'll be paying that for more like a status symbol. no offence boxsters are the slowest in the lot of porches. Other alternatives include getting a 10yr old porche. cheers mate.

Which model r u aiming at??
For normal driving in Singapore I suggest the Porsche SUV is good enuff.
For the other sports models, dun think will worth it, cos Singapore no place for u to stretch ur legs. Those sports models u rev too low or go too slow the engine will become lazy, cos these power-plants r made to perform. Can't expect u to travel around in Singapore with only first gear engaged wat....
But if u can afford 1, go ahead, no one's stopping u, except the TP If u can't maintain it get RePos loh. At least u have a story to tell tat u've driven one of the famous exotics where other pple can only dream of. -

get a R/C Porsche

Get an older 911, 1980 something and give it an update kit to look like 993. The current 911 are going for 50+K for bout 5-6 years left on the coe. The only thing is the road tax but if you don't mind red plate then it'll save you a bit.

haha but u live in singapore. just buying one will kill u. and u dun have a licence. dun talk so soon man... on the other hand, i live in UK a porsche, 996 series 2nd hand, would only cost about 10k pounds. ahaha so it would be possible for me to consider buying a porsche. Best value for money porsche? price and performance is between the boxster and the 911.

Heng, I think price of car is very subjective and relative to how much you earn. As for skyline, it is cheap it got raw power, but it is not a porsche...
