I kinda find that it is more worthwhile for me, rarely drive bef 1900
But I heard of this bef, the min road tax value is $50? -
Road tax is they will reimbuise S$800 max, I think. But minimum road tax you have to pay is S$50 per year. Meaning if your car's road tax is S$1000, you end up paying S$200. Wasted. Even if you convert now, you wouldn't get back any of the 17k rebate. But will save on the road tax though.

why never hearn ppl drive OPC but put on a black car plate? Nobody will know anyway. Even if tp stops, i think he also never check one. As long as one dun get into accident. What do you think?

OPC number plate got a seal lock to it. You break it, you pay and jail. Normal new car go for inspection after the 3rd year but OPC car need to go inspection even the 1st year becoz they need to check the number plate seal.
