  Actually I don't mind the gates. Last time always have to tear minimum 50cents, now if I chop chop, will only cost me 40-50cents. More flexible and don't have to think about expending time or so. However, do hope the charges remains the same.

  well, for me.. if park less than 15mins. i think i wont bother to tear any.... unless i'm at hot spot.. and usually once i tear a coupon.. unlikely i will extend the coupon again unless it a hot spot.

  Yesterday I went Yishun centre for dinner. Park, order, eat, drink, chat a little, about 30mins time. Usually I tear 1 coupon, now that I don't tear, I came out and found out only 45cents. For me, it is a peace of mind. Thought I have not kanna any parking fines yet, I sure don't want to get any.
