Maybe you shouldn't have put Malaysia. While you're at it, why dun compare with the US highway, where you get stuck in a jam for 3 hours in a row just to get from your home to work and back again.Originally posted by kopiosatu:my friend, KL is nothing. i mentioned thailand too.
besides its just one straight highway up.
simple, i see no reason for you to get frustrated with the tame road situations we have.Originally posted by uhbaden:Maybe you shouldn't have put Malaysia. What's with the downplay my fren?
Some? i think most...Originally posted by alberteinstein:not exactly rite. they are not angry by being overtaken, but by being overtaken dangeroulsly. U may think u only liap them, but have you seen how close you liap them? They infront abit want to change to centre then see from rear mirror ur car coming up fast and furious then they gotta change back to the in-between lane. Sure angry.
both sides should practice tolerance. I do agree some motorcyclist are very dangerous.
Sorry my fren, you see your own reasons. Maybe you have a long way to go driving on the roads and I know my fustrations come from where. Right now I am fustrated with you. Can you stop that?Originally posted by kopiosatu:simple, i see no reason for you to get frustrated with the tame road situations we have.
errrr....the prank course is to teach riders to control the bike at slow speed. The handle should not wobble at low speed, not to teach riders squeeze in-between vehicles. The speed on the prank is like 10km/h or less only. So get the fact right and don't miss lead the young riders and think that our Driving centre teach them to ride between vehicles is safe/right. We don't encourage that.Originally posted by alberteinstein:school dun teach MC to squeeze directly. But they indirectly teach by having the prank course...![]()
some, not most... many drivers think motorcyclists ride very dangerously. However, you forgot all motorcyclists also dun wan to die. Certain things that appear to you as being dangerous are not viewed as dangerous to motorcyclists. If you also ride motorcyclist, then you will know what i mean. From my pt of view, squeezing in traffic at 60km/h is not dangerous. But squeezing at 100km/h is. If traffic is fast, most MC also wun squeeze. WHen they do, it is because traffic has slowed too much.Originally posted by mach10:Some? i think most...
though not all...
Thay all have forgotten they wrapping metal, but we're wrapped in metal...

Since we are given and drawn lanes on the roads and highways, shouldn't the MCs also stick by the One-Lane-One-Vehicle rule? I mean that is the whole purpose of the lanes. Else it becomes like those countries mentioned by a so-called self-knowing-Coffee-Drinking-Spug.

Whatever MC do, car drivers just have to check make sure no MC is coming up behind whenever you want to change lane. This is normal safety taught by schools. Check rear and blindspot before changing lane. Dun bother abt MC because they will weave around you such that they will not bump you. Accidents happens only because cars suddenly change lane when the MC is coming up from behind and there is no time to react.
i agree with you totally on this point. I have seen them, often it is those ah peks riding this way. Ah pek mah, dunno how to think, so still riding bike at the advance age. To overtake, I got to cut halfway into another lane. Dunno how to educate them also.Originally posted by ozie9:4 all been said, always 2 sides of a coin. But wat i cannot tahan is ...n happens every day...motorcyclists riding on the line betwen 2 lanes!! Mind u even when there is no traffic, oblivious to all n sundry. by doing this they actually occupy 2 lanes!! and u gota siam them. they acquire this dangerous and dirty habit cos every time they stop at junctiion they r between cars, thus on the line all the time. Traffic pol shd fine them riding on the line. this is one cause of accidents.
