Got a solution for you which my instructor taught me.
1) depress the clutch to the fullest
2) Place your left heel on the carpet floor
3) engage the 1st gear in
4) slowly release the clutch using your left heel as a pivot on the carpet floor
By doing so, slowly, you will find the biting point where the car will actually start moving like as if you are in an auto car in "D". When the car start moving, slowly release the clutch some more, and you can actually have a moving car without depressing the accelerator at all.
It worked for me and it is still.
