If a car swerves to your lane your brake? I think i'll swerve slightly to the opposite direction cause breaking would cause the car behind me to hit me too mah.

At that time, especially with the construction on(7pm) its hard to speed with the traffic.
Some Bmw swerved into his lane, he tried to avoid it be steering left but he went up the curve and landed on the other side of the road. But another bmw was moving and it hit the girl's side of the door.
In conclusion, it wasnt the driver's fault. Its a natural reaction to avoid a car swerving into your lane especially when it was a new sports car.

I do not know about your natural reaction, for me if any car cut into my lane suddently, I will jam my brake hard instate of changing lane without making sure it is safe. think most ppl only react fast enought to jam brake.
The new mx-5 is quite fast with the new 2.0L engine. It doesnt need a mile long of space to gather speed. Even the traffic might be heavy, that guy might slow down and create a gap for him "to test" the pick up of mx-5.
Just one conclusion, not the driver's fault, whos fault?? If that gal is yr daughter or wife, you will know what I mean. In any accident, driver bear the responsibility. If the speed is not fast, accident will not happen even 2 cars squeeze you at the same time because you can brake in time.
Think I have make my point.

I agree with the others that your conclusion was the dumbest around.
Look at the illustration in the report above. It CLEARLY shows that the Mazda flew over the kerb and banged head-on into the BMW.
Cars are usually well over a metric tonne....and its not easy to flip it over unless the force is very great, coming at the right angle (either one is not enough to make it flip over). And great force comes with great speed.
