how long to wait for accident claim!!!!

hi to all, just need to know how long to wait before my car can get to be repair.
On 21DEC morning, had an accident on TPE, a car hit my car from behind.
Had to go down to pandan garden C&C to report as advice by AIG insurance.
Had to place my car there, to be inspected by the surveyor.
Got call from the C&C, say that surveyor had check the car.
Went down to collect car, check with C&C when can repair damage parts.
They say will call on 23DEC or 27DEC, but till now no call from AIG or C&C.
Call AIG on 27DEC morning, they says that the one in-charge of my case will call me back, but till now no news.
Call again this morning, again they says the same thing.
REALLY BOILING NOW!!!! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT!!!!!

if claiming third party, T/P insurance will establish quantum before negotiate wif C&C. this is a long process. things will speed up if u claim own damage (recovery claim later). call AIG ask them for their nearest authorised workshop to u........ bring ur car down.. tell them u from AIG and wan to do 3rd party claim...... and get u a courtesy car........... Dats all u need to do. For F u go C&C let whichever sh*t see for? unless u inist to do in C&C.
AIG got priority service at their authorised workshop FYI
