yes, but the TP will record the accident and file it to Nparks, and the bill will come shortly after 2 weeks.
can claim insurance lar, but no point, cos ur NCD will back to square one and u are only paying 300 bucks, unless ur insurance company believes ur cock and bull story
p/s: u tell them the tree trunk fell during a stormy weather den u reverse into it. maybe easier to smoke that way
