2) Underglows: Install at your own risk. 2 side 4feet tubes = $130 summon
3) Engine: What most would do is bore the engine, mod cam-shaft etc etc. But actually, as long as they can't see anything special out of it is ok...but if you suay suay they want to open the engine.You in deep sh!t. Normal LTA inspection is as long as they can't see anything unusual, they bo chap. But if you suay suay kenna stop by TP and tow to chk by LTA, die liao lar...
Own visit to LTA is still ok. But under the invitation by the TP, you will be dead.

last time i bang into an ah beng honda civic back bumper.
i tot i must pay him coz at fault. in the end i see his car very modified so i take alot of photo and submit in the insurance. end up he must pay me money. coz his car is not road worthy and isnt suppose to be on the road in the first place. so i claim from his insurance and his NCD gone.
after a few months i think think think...then i send his car photo to LTA let LTA summon him coz his car cause accident due to having too much lights and neon and distract other drivers.
