The new Civic is not bad..the only problem is the rear suspension system still uses a old torsion beam system..which is less sophisticated than the multi-link setup of other cars like the Focus, Mazda 3, Renault Megane and so on..so the ride of the Civic will be SLIGHTLY less sophisticated than the other cars I mentioned here..haha..

the rear uses double wishbone la...
civics uses double wishbone for the rear from as way back as the EG
the only jap sedans in this segment with a rear dependent suspension as the one u described is the corolla/vios/sylphy....Edited by n0x 16 Mar `07, 9:36PM
