I think it's with your driving habits, you got a heavy right foot right?
I used to drive an automatic, got around 11 too. Always shift to neutral when stationary in the past. -

old car liddat one la....wear and tear sets in....FC sure high one...my car when it was shining and new can do 400km per tank...now it only does 320 tops....

My ESI can clock at 410km the most.
Sometimes 350km or less.
Its actually depend on your driving habit. Light footed will gains more FC.
You got to maintain well too!

wind down windows will consume more fuel leh... wind resistance to the speed that the car is moving and cause the car to move more forcely forward... i read this in a newspaper somewhere
