acccording to my dad, the fuel consumption is about 11 to 12 km per litre -
its better for china to copy cars than to have its own cars..
at least pirated version still have blueprints and templates to copy from,, safer in a way -

Wondering why some people here so rude, Don't humiliate singaporeans, please. At least china can make their own cars, satellites, rockets and air planes. Singapore can make nothing, even water supply must depends on malaysia, we have to learn condescension. Don't criticise chery, chery is the cheapest car in china, on the road price less than S$10k for A168. Cheap cars cannot be compared with luxury cars, it's like comparing you rude people with dog, not fare, but still dogs are friendly and humble to human. Frankly, potentially, there is no reason china cars cannot dominate, in time.

technology and techniques and methods can be copied or simulated or innovated on.
just look at the electronics products, china made a lot of them. technology can be learnt and copied and enhanced easily. -
