Wat so big deal about a price of vios? u expect to be treat like a king?
We are all human, when we asking the status be polite. Even if u own a BMW, u should not be that arrogant.
Ever hear this 'Ppl will never slap a person with a smiling face'.
Anyway, just go down directly to the centre and enquiry the status if they really indeed no reply. But remember to be POLITE. If they didn't give u a feedback. ask for their mgr. insist of a deadline, i think everything should be 'xian li hou bing' got it?
So I'm right after all.Originally posted by xiaofeiyu:If i knew that owing a vios would be treated in such a way, i would not have buy it.
Of course the car is important, but wats more important is the after sales here we are talking abt.
Well, if my attitude towards the advisor is rude or wrong, but SO?! I'm their customer for goodness sake. Singapore is promoting GEMS rite?! Whatever happen to their service attitude? Dun they know the anxity and angriness when the owner doesnt get his car back in 1 week?!
Its' totally crap... TOYOTA VIOS will be my 1st and last car from toyota. Never again will I buy toyota cars even tot they are good. 1 experience is enough to spoil everything.
So, the kind of after sales attitude u will get = the kind of car you drive?
Guys from TOYOTA, pls do smthing abt ur attitude before u lose more customers.
because ur fren gong. go AD to repair his car even though its no longer under warranty.Originally posted by passerbyJIA:consider youself lucky as they still honour the warranty of your car though you may not know how soon you can get it back. My friends Corolla, which was no longer under warranty, had a minor accident and Toyota charged him S$5250, later "discounted" to $4980, for replacing the rear bumper and a signal light plus labour. Japanese cars are cheap to maintain? Crap!
No lah... you think they have so many courtesy cars ahOriginally posted by dark_snowboy:if your driving a porsche and it spoils, they lend you another porsche car to drive until yours is fully repaired, hows that
not sure whether its in singapore or what.. but porsche are expensive
That's often the case when I drop by BM. But I think they will be more than happy to serve you if you approach the counter and seek assistance.Originally posted by No9:Thats why die die dun buy from Borneo Motors.
Their business is so good, they dun give a damm to 'extra' customers. My dad was interested in getting an Altis a few last yr so we went to the Showroom an Leng Kee.
Bloody hell stand there for 20mins and no one came to serve us. They didnt even bother to come over explain that they r bz at the moment. We were so pissed my dad drove to Honda and bought a Civic. They are so stuck up.
ask for the person-in-charge. (GM, manager)Originally posted by xiaofeiyu:I'm driving a vios and recently my car broke down. It broke down on sunday(17/6/07). So I called the tow company number that was on the sticker of my windscreen.
He asked where I want my car to be towed too? As I tot SIN MING was nearer, I said tow to there. ANd he said a charge of $60 will be required. But I told him my car was under warranty, den he say, it will be free.
On monday, I called sin ming to ask hows my car status now. They say need to bring to Leng Kee HQ to repair. Good, I asked do u all provide a car so that I can drive? I need a car to bring me around badly. But the sales person say NO. Cars under warranty, we do not provide cars. Cars without warranty, we provide. I mean... what the #@!$#@!? And the sales person, no they call advisor, is very very RUDE! Both at leng kee and sin ming.
I really regret buying cars from toyota knowing that their after sales services is so bad. And it been a week and still no news about my car. When I call Leng Kee just now(25/6/07) the RUDE Advisor says she dunnoe anything and need to call sin ming to check. When I called sin Ming and check, they asked me to call LEng kee!! OMG... I'm being pushed around!!
Can anyone advise me on what to do? esp those with similar problems.. thanx
We did. They said a sales executive will be with us shortly.Originally posted by KangZ:That's often the case when I drop by BM. But I think they will be more than happy to serve you if you approach the counter and seek assistance.
Haha guess their defination of shortly differ from yours. Actually to be honest with you, if they told me that, I wouldn't even wait around. Their cars are not that fantastic enough for me to take a queue number machiam like buying hello kitty, no offense to any Toyota owners.Originally posted by No9:We did. People choose Toyota because the brand has a solid reputation, not because of the dealer's attitude.Originally posted by packjust:Buy BMWs. I know they do provide quite good after-sales service ... Why blame Toyota? YOU chose it! It didn't choose you! Think about it. Enough said.
