if its U...lan lan pay the fine and points.
if its not U...then write in to TP providing the actual driver's particulars.

Ask your friend to submit his license to take the responsibility.
Just inform that it was your friend driving and he the points will be deducted from his license. Ask your friend to pay as well since he was driving.
You can also ask for Photo. Call them la. You don't just pay the money blindly. They are obliged to provide you the photo as evidence.

if the offence can be compounded then U just pay the initial fine amount and deduct points...if U dun pay the initial fine...then they will take it as U do not accept their offer of compounding the offence and U will have to go court....
if at this time U feel that U want to compound...they will still allow...but the fine amount will be higher than the initial amount but lower than if U go court and found guilty.
will not affect NCD since ur car is not damaged and doesnt require any repair.
I just had one ticket come in after 14 days...parking fine.

Since you guys talking abt beating the red lights, i want to share this near-miss experience with all. Last night, I was on my way home, and was about to cross the road when 3 cars beat the red light. Unfortunately I did not managed to get the plate number, unsure if any of the other pedestrians did. But it was fortunate that no one was hurt and no cyclists around (since that area is famous for cyclist). I managed to catch a glimpse of the first and the third driver. First driver is a female and she looked kinda lost. Eyes everywhere but dun seem to focus on the traffic lights. the 2nd driver, well i believe he is looking at the first driver 'ass'. the last driver, another sotong, just followed the 2nd driver from behind without looking at the lights.
So Please drivers, drive carefully and use your brain wisely.
