Hi guys,
Can anyone authenticate if this article is true or juz a myth?
http://www.caradvice.com.au/4140/2008-honda-jazz-news/
According to this Australian website, the new 2008 Jazz (which will makes it's debut at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show 2007) will be slightly larger than the current ones. However, from the picture, it looks like what Kah Motors have in their showrooms.
Anyway, what interests me is that the website claims the petrol consumption to be 4.1litres/100kms...that's a fantastic 24km/l, comparable to to Civc Hybrid!!!! The current Jazz on the roads on the average gives about 13-14km/l. If the 2008 Jazz petrol comsumption claim is true, is there a way to check if Kah Motors will be bringing this type of model and when will it hit our shores?
Ermmm...don't mind waiting for this car if the petrol consumption is true...
Many thanx!

Sad it not a myth.but honda will reface the car.
it would not be honda jazz but the japanese model honda fit.
even the diff look i dont think the new will be better then the old due to aero space.but the most important is the L13 DSI engine.
jazz use the L13 Engine but the compress ratio is diff and it a bit heavy.
fuel comsuption of honda fit now Claim is 24km/L,but depend how u drive and if u had change the air filter.

Why is there 2 prices for Honda cars?

the 2nd column is the price with cash rebates which means u get a cash rebate and need to repay the loan at a higher interest rate...
if the normal price is $56k(1st col) and cash rebate is 49k (2nd col) it means whatever 7 or 10 year loan u take, u get a 7k cash rebate to either settle your old loan or keep the cash but you will have to pay a higher interest rate and pay more in the emdEdited by ipodee 02 Sep `07, 9:40PM
